Good manners make any evening better, and an evening with a VIP companion is no exception. Most of what follows is simply the courtesy you would extend to any accomplished woman you had invited to dinner.
Before
- Be clear about plans. Time, place, dress code — and any change, as early as possible.
- Book well. A good table, a hotel you are happy with, transport arranged.
During
- Be punctual. Arriving on time sets the tone.
- Be curious. She has interests and opinions; ask about them.
- Keep phones away — and never take photographs without asking.
- Respect boundaries. What was agreed in advance is the plan.
After
- Discretion runs both ways. She will not discuss you; return the courtesy.
- If you would like to meet again, say so through the team. Repeat introductions are welcome.
