A well-run companion service is mostly invisible. You write, you receive a few thoughtful suggestions, the details are agreed, and the evening happens as planned. Here is what happens behind that.
1. The enquiry
Everything starts with your plans: the city, the dates, the occasion. The more context you give — the restaurant, the dress code, whether colleagues or press will be present — the better the suggestion. At Moulin Blanc enquiries come by WhatsApp or Telegram, and we reply every day between 10:00 and 22:00 CET.
2. The suggestions
A good service suggests companions who are actually free in that city on those dates and suit the occasion — not simply whoever is listed. If the companion you asked about is unavailable, you should be told so, and offered alternatives.
3. Confirmation
The time, the place and any travel are agreed before the meeting. For trips, flights and accommodation are planned together, so that both sides know what to expect.
4. The meeting
The team stays reachable before and during the arrangement for any change of plan.
How much notice?
- A dinner in a main city: a day or two is often enough.
- A weekend or a trip: about a week.
- A major event — Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes, Art Basel: two to four weeks.
