Les Caves du Roy
No club on the French coast carries more mythology than Les Caves du Roy, opened in July 1967 in the basement of the newly built Hôtel Byblos. Its gold-columned room has hosted more than half a century of Tropezian nights, renovated for the hotel's 50th anniversary in 2017 without losing the theatrical grandeur that earned it a reputation as one of the most prestigious nightclubs in France. Champagne service, a strict door, and a crowd that has run from Bardot's generation to today's touring pop stars remain the constants.
VIP Room
Set on the port itself, VIP Room has spent two decades as one of Saint-Tropez's central stages for late-night spectacle — live performances, surprise guest sets, and a table culture built around visibility as much as music. Bagatelle: From Beach to Night
Bagatelle's Pampelonne address runs one of the more theatrical lunch services on the beach — tables cleared for dancing partway through the afternoon, a format the brand has exported globally but perfected here first.
